ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ BaoSub ("ส่วนขยาย") การติดตั้งหรือใช้งาน BaoSub ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดการให้บริการนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาถอนการติดตั้งส่วนขยาย

1. คำอธิบายบริการ

BaoSub เป็นส่วนขยายสำหรับเบราว์เซอร์ Chrome ที่เพิ่มแถบซับ 3 บรรทัด (ตัวอักษรจีน พินอิน และคำแปลภาษาไทย) บนเว็บไซต์สตรีมมิ่งที่รองรับ ปัจจุบันรองรับ iq.com

นอกจากแถบซับแล้ว ส่วนขยายยังมีพจนานุกรมจีนในตัวสำหรับแตะดูความหมาย สมุดคำศัพท์สำหรับเก็บคำที่เจอระหว่างดู และหน้าห้องเรียนสำหรับทบทวนคำเหล่านั้น ฟีเจอร์เหล่านี้ทำงานในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ ส่วนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ BaoSub จะถูกติดต่อเพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะ Pro ตามข้อ 4 เมื่อคุณลงชื่อเข้าใช้ด้วย LINE แล้วเท่านั้น

2. การอนุญาตให้ใช้งาน

BaoSub ให้สิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนขยายนี้แบบไม่ผูกขาด (non-exclusive) โอนสิทธิ์ไม่ได้ (non-transferable) และเพิกถอนได้ (revocable) เพื่อการใช้งานส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์เท่านั้น

3. ข้อจำกัดและข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

  • ห้ามทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ (reverse engineer) แปลงรหัสกลับ (decompile) หรือพยายามดึงซอร์สโค้ดของส่วนขยาย เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะอนุญาต
  • ห้ามใช้ส่วนขยายเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงระบบควบคุมการเข้าถึง ระบบการจัดการสิทธิ์ดิจิทัล (DRM) หรือข้อจำกัดการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่ต้องชำระเงินของบริการภายนอก
  • ห้ามแบ่งปันเซสชันการเข้าสู่ระบบหรือโทเค็นอุปกรณ์ของคุณให้ผู้อื่นใช้ Pro แทนคุณ
  • คุณต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้งานของแพลตฟอร์มสตรีมมิ่งใด ๆ ที่ใช้ร่วมกับส่วนขยายนี้

4. แพ็กเกจการใช้งานและ BaoSub Pro

ส่วนขยายใช้งานได้ฟรี ฟีเจอร์ซับไตเติลทั้งหมดอยู่ในแพ็กเกจฟรี และแพ็กเกจฟรีเปิดพจนานุกรมดูความหมายได้วันละ 30 ครั้ง ส่วน BaoSub Pro เป็นแพ็กเกจที่ปลดล็อกการดูความหมายแบบไม่จำกัด สมุดคำศัพท์ และการทบทวนคำ

BaoSub Pro เป็นแบบตลอดชีพ ไม่มีค่าสมาชิกรายเดือนหรือรายปี และไม่มีการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ การรับ Pro ทำได้โดยเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE ที่หน้าบัญชี แล้วส่งรหัสผู้ใช้ LINE ของคุณมาในแชตพร้อมชำระเงิน จากนั้นแอดมินจะเปิด Pro ให้บัญชีนั้น Pro ผูกกับบัญชีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เท่านั้น โอนให้บัญชีอื่นไม่ได้ นอกจากนี้หน้าห้องเรียนยังมีสวิตช์ทดสอบสำหรับนักพัฒนาที่เปิด Pro ในเครื่องได้ชั่วคราวเพื่อทดลองหน้าจอ ซึ่งไม่ใช่การซื้อเช่นกัน

ฟีเจอร์ในแพ็กเกจ Pro ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" (as is) เช่นเดียวกับส่วนอื่นของส่วนขยาย เราอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงว่าฟีเจอร์ใดอยู่ในแพ็กเกจใด หรือยุติฟีเจอร์ใดก็ได้ ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ถือเป็นคำมั่นว่าจะมีฟีเจอร์ใดเพิ่มในอนาคต และไม่ได้กำหนดวันเวลาใด ๆ

5. บัญชีผู้ใช้และ LINE

การใช้งานส่วนขยายไม่ต้องมีบัญชี BaoSub ยังใช้งานได้ตามปกติโดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ อย่างไรก็ตาม สถานะ BaoSub Pro ผูกกับบัญชี การดูสถานะ Pro และรหัสผู้ใช้ LINE บนเว็บไซต์ baosub.com ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบก่อน การเข้าสู่ระบบใช้ LINE Login เท่านั้น เราไม่มีรหัสผ่านและไม่เก็บอีเมลของคุณ

บัญชีหนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคนเท่านั้น คุณต้องไม่สร้างบัญชีซ้ำหลายบัญชี หรือใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ใช้งานในทางที่ผิดได้ เช่น การฉ้อโกง การใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่น การโจมตีระบบ หรือการละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ บัญชีที่ถูกระงับจะเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้ และส่วนขยายจะถือว่าบัญชีนั้นไม่มี Pro

Pro ได้รับจากการให้สิทธิ์โดยแอดมินหลังจากชำระเงินผ่านแชตเท่านั้น ดูรายละเอียดว่าบัญชีเก็บข้อมูลอะไรไว้บ้างได้ที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

6. เนื้อหาและข้อมูลของบุคคลที่สาม

BaoSub แสดงซับไตเติลที่ผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งภายนอก (เช่น iQiyi / iq.com) ส่งมา เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ โฮสต์ หรือควบคุมเนื้อหาเหล่านั้น ระบบสร้างพินอินในเครื่องโดยประมวลผลจากซับภาษาจีนโดยตรง

ข้อมูลพจนานุกรมที่แนบมากับส่วนขยาย ทั้งคำตั้ง พินอิน ความหมายภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับ HSK และคำแปลภาษาไทยบางส่วน มาจากแหล่งข้อมูลเปิดสามแหล่งที่เผยแพร่ภายใต้สัญญาอนุญาต CC BY-SA 4.0 ไฟล์ข้อมูลที่เราสร้างจากแหล่งเหล่านั้นจึงเป็นงานดัดแปลงที่เผยแพร่ภายใต้สัญญาอนุญาตเดียวกัน สัญญาอนุญาตนี้ครอบคลุมเฉพาะไฟล์ข้อมูลคำศัพท์ ไม่ครอบคลุมซอร์สโค้ดของ BaoSub เอง

รายชื่อแหล่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดพร้อมลิงก์สัญญาอนุญาตอยู่ที่ หน้าเครดิตข้อมูล และที่ส่วนท้ายของหน้าห้องเรียนในตัวส่วนขยาย

7. สมุดคำศัพท์ของคุณ

คำที่คุณบันทึกไว้ในสมุดคำศัพท์เป็นของคุณ ข้อมูลนั้นเก็บอยู่ในเบราว์เซอร์บนเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น เราไม่ได้รับสำเนา ไม่ได้สำรองไว้ให้ และเข้าถึงไม่ได้

เนื่องจากข้อมูลเก็บไว้ในเครื่องเดียว การถอนการติดตั้งส่วนขยาย การล้างข้อมูลของส่วนขยายจากเบราว์เซอร์ หรือการเปลี่ยนไปใช้โปรไฟล์ Chrome อื่น จะทำให้สมุดคำศัพท์หายและกู้คืนไม่ได้ ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ซิงค์ข้ามอุปกรณ์ด้วย ดูรายละเอียดว่าสมุดเก็บอะไรไว้บ้างได้ที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

8. การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน

ส่วนขยายนี้ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องของซับไตเติล การสร้างพินอิน คุณภาพคำแปลไทย ความหมายและระดับ HSK จากพจนานุกรม หรือผลลัพธ์ของการทบทวนคำศัพท์ และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานส่วนขยายนี้ รวมถึงการสูญหายของข้อมูลในสมุดคำศัพท์ของคุณ

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงส่วนขยาย

เราอาจอัปเดต เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยุติการให้บริการ BaoSub ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า เว็บไซต์สตรีมมิ่งอาจเปลี่ยนอินเทอร์เฟซการเชื่อมต่อ (API) ได้ทุกเมื่อ ซึ่งอาจกระทบต่อความเข้ากันได้และการทำงานของส่วนขยาย

10. การสิ้นสุดการให้บริการ

คุณสามารถหยุดใช้งานส่วนขยาย BaoSub ได้ตลอดเวลาโดยถอนการติดตั้งออกจากเบราว์เซอร์ เราอาจยกเลิกสิทธิ์การใช้งานส่วนขยายของคุณทันทีหากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับใช้และตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ จะได้รับการตัดสินภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของประเทศไทย

Welcome to BaoSub (the "Extension"). By installing or using BaoSub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the Extension.

1. Description of the Service

BaoSub is a Chrome browser extension that adds a 3-line subtitle overlay (Chinese characters, Pinyin, and Thai translation) to supported streaming sites — currently iq.com.

Alongside the overlay, the Extension includes a bundled Chinese dictionary you can tap a word to read, a vocabulary notebook for the words you meet while watching, and a Study page for reviewing them. These features run inside your browser. BaoSub's server is contacted to check Pro status, as described in section 4, and only once you have signed in with LINE.

2. License

BaoSub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Restrictions and Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Extension's source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Do not use the Extension to circumvent access controls, digital rights management (DRM), or paid-content restrictions of any third-party service.
  • Do not share your sign-in session or device token so someone else can use Pro as you.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of any streaming platform you use together with the Extension.

4. Plans and BaoSub Pro

The Extension is free to use. Every subtitle feature is in the free plan, and the free plan includes 30 dictionary lookups per day. BaoSub Pro is the plan that unlocks unlimited lookups, the vocabulary notebook, and review sessions.

BaoSub Pro is lifetime: no monthly or yearly subscription, and no automatic renewal. To get Pro, sign in with LINE on the account page, then send your LINE user ID over chat with your payment — an admin then switches Pro on for that account. Pro belongs to the account it was granted to and cannot be moved to another account. The Study page also carries a developer test switch that turns Pro on locally so the screens can be tried out; that is not a purchase either.

Pro features are provided "as is", exactly like the rest of the Extension. We may change which features belong to which plan, or discontinue a feature entirely. Nothing here promises a future feature, and nothing here commits to a date.

5. Accounts and LINE

Using the Extension does not require an account, and BaoSub works fully without signing in. Your BaoSub Pro state, however, belongs to an account: viewing your Pro state and LINE user ID on baosub.com requires signing in. Signing in uses LINE Login only: there is no password, and we do not collect your email address.

One account per person. You must not create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, such as fraud, using someone else's account, attacking the service, or violating these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in, and the Extension treats it as holding no Pro.

Pro comes only from an admin grant after payment over chat. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what the account stores.

6. Third-Party Content and Data

BaoSub displays subtitles delivered by external streaming providers (such as iQiyi / iq.com). We do not own, host, or control that content in any way. Pinyin is generated locally by processing the Chinese subtitle text directly.

The dictionary data bundled with the Extension — headwords, pinyin, English glosses, HSK bands, and a small set of Thai glosses — comes from three open sources published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The files we generate from them are a derivative work distributed under that same licence. That licence covers the bundled data only; it does not extend to BaoSub's own source code.

7. Your Notebook Content

The words you save to the notebook are yours. They are stored in the browser on your own device. We receive no copy, keep no backup for you, and cannot access them.

Because they exist only on that device, uninstalling the Extension, clearing its data from your browser, or switching to a different Chrome profile will delete your notebook permanently. It does not sync across devices either. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what the notebook holds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of subtitles, pinyin generation, Thai translation quality, the dictionary's meanings and HSK bands, or the outcome of any review session, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Extension, including the loss of the words in your notebook.

9. Changes to the Extension

We may update, modify, or discontinue BaoSub at any time without prior notice. Streaming sites may change their APIs at any time, which may affect the Extension's compatibility and functionality.

10. Termination

You may stop using BaoSub at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
