ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ BaoSub ("ส่วนขยาย") ในการติดตั้งหรือใช้งาน BaoSub ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดการให้บริการเหล่านี้ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดดังกล่าว กรุณาถอนการติดตั้งส่วนขยาย
1. คำอธิบายบริการ
BaoSub เป็นส่วนขยายเบราว์เซอร์ Chrome ฟรี ที่เพิ่มแถบแสดงผลซับไตเติลแบบ 3 บรรทัด (ตัวอักษรจีน พินอิน และคำแปลภาษาไทย) บนเว็บไซต์สตรีมมิ่งที่รองรับ เช่น iq.com ส่วนขยายนี้จะประมวลผลข้อมูลซับไตเติลทั้งหมดภายในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณโดยตรง
2. การอนุญาตให้ใช้งาน
BaoSub มอบสิทธิ์การใช้งานแบบไม่ผูกขาด (non-exclusive) ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้ (non-transferable) และสามารถเพิกถอนได้ (revocable) ในการใช้งานส่วนขยายนี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เพื่อการค้าเท่านั้น
3. ข้อจำกัดและข้อตกลงการใช้งาน
- ห้ามทำการวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ (reverse engineer) แปลงรหัสกลับ (decompile) หรือพยายามดึงซอร์สโค้ดของส่วนขยาย เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมาย
- ห้ามใช้ส่วนขยายเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงระบบควบคุมการเข้าถึง ระบบการจัดการสิทธิ์ดิจิทัล (DRM) หรือข้อจำกัดการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่ต้องชำระเงินของบริการภายนอก
- คุณมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้งานของแพลตฟอร์มสตรีมมิ่งใดๆ ที่คุณใช้งานร่วมกับส่วนขยายนี้
4. เนื้อหาของบุคคลที่สาม
BaoSub แสดงผลซับไตเติลที่ได้รับจากผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งภายนอก (เช่น iQiyi / iq.com) ทางเราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ โฮสต์ หรือควบคุมเนื้อหาเหล่านั้นแต่อย่างใด ระบบพินอินจะถูกสร้างขึ้นภายในเครื่องโดยประมวลผลจากเนื้อหาซับไตเติลภาษาจีนโดยตรง
5. การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน
ส่วนขยายนี้ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น ทางเราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องแม่นยำของซับไตเติล การสร้างพินอิน และคุณภาพการแปลภาษาไทย และทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานส่วนขยายนี้
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงส่วนขยาย
เราอาจอัปเดต ปรับปรุง หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการส่วนขยาย BaoSub ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า เว็บไซต์สตรีมมิ่งอาจเปลี่ยนอินเตอร์เฟซการเชื่อมต่อ (API) ได้ทุกเมื่อ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความเข้ากันได้และการทำงานของส่วนขยาย
7. การสิ้นสุดการให้บริการ
คุณสามารถหยุดใช้งานส่วนขยาย BaoSub ได้ตลอดเวลาโดยถอนการติดตั้งส่วนขยายออกจากเบราว์เซอร์ ทางเราอาจยกเลิกสิทธิ์การใช้งานส่วนขยายของคุณทันทีหากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับใช้และตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ จะได้รับการตัดสินภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของประเทศไทย

Welcome to BaoSub (the "Extension"). By installing or using BaoSub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the Extension.
1. Description of the Service
BaoSub is a free Chrome browser extension that adds a 3-line subtitle overlay (Chinese characters, Pinyin, and Thai translation) to supported streaming sites such as iq.com. The Extension processes all subtitle data directly within your browser.
2. License
BaoSub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Restrictions and Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Extension's source code, except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the Extension to circumvent access controls, digital rights management (DRM), or paid-content restrictions of any third-party service.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of any streaming platform you use together with the Extension.
4. Third-Party Content
BaoSub displays subtitles delivered by external streaming providers (such as iQiyi / iq.com). We do not own, host, or control that content in any way. Pinyin is generated locally by processing the Chinese subtitle text directly.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of subtitles, pinyin generation, or Thai translation quality, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Extension.
6. Changes to the Extension
We may update, modify, or discontinue BaoSub at any time without prior notice. Streaming sites may change their APIs at any time, which may affect the Extension's compatibility and functionality.
7. Termination
You may stop using BaoSub at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
